Thermal chemical conversion unit (TCC) for waste neutralisation and utilisation is designed for processing of waste: chipboard, rubber, agricultural (sunflower husk, buckwheat husk, cotton, etc.), polyethylene, paper, household, coke and chemical waste. Pre-sorted and dried wastes are fed to the loading unit, then with the help of a screw feeder they get into the reactor.
The reactor is heated with the help of burners installed in the thermal insulation casing up to the temperature of 350-450°C, which provides the process of decomposition of materials. The decomposition products enter the discharge unit, where they are separated into pyrolysis gas (15%), solid carbonaceous residue (45%) and liquid fraction (40%).
