The tanks are designed for mixing and storage with heating and automatic maintenance of the set temperature of liquid and semi-liquid masses - grated cocoa, fats, chocolate and confectionery masses The tempering machines are equipped with heat-insulating casing, frame agitator with fluoroplastic scrapers. The machine parts and assemblies in contact with the product are made of stainless steel. Tempering machines are manufactured in volumes from 100 to 1500 litres.
