Description

The technological tooling of GAKS-F type is used for grinding sealing surfaces of pipeline valves on machines of drilling group.
The tooling is mounted on the drilling machine plate. Angle of inclination of machined surfaces: 5º and 10º. The workpiece is positioned and centred with respect to the machine spindle on the base of the tooling. Fixation of the workpiece in the tooling is ensured by clamps. Machining of gate valve elements with parallel sealing surfaces is performed directly on the machine plate. The delivery set of the tooling includes adapters and tool blocks for grinding and lapping.
