T-Shaped Clamp for Rods - Tool for Stable Osteosynthesis Applications

Instrument for stable-functional osteosynthesis. It is used for fixation of Schanz rods with a diameter of 4 and 5 mm with a trihedral shank in the middle rod apparatus of external fixation (for the shoulder and forearm - for a tube with a diameter of 8 mm). Manufactured from corrosion-resistant stainless steel.

T-shaped handle with a diameter of 12 x 90 mm. On the handle on one side - internal hexagon S=8 mm, on the other side - spanner with internal hexagon S=7 mm. The rods are inserted from the end into the drop-shaped hole to a depth of 12 mm.

Spring-ball clamping mechanism. At the end of the drop-shaped hole, perpendicular to its axis, there is a through hole with a diameter of 2 mm. Laser marking of the diameters of the clamped rods, individual marking.
