Stepwise Adjustable Support Roller Rotator OVRС-3 UZ for Rotating Cylindrical Products

Support rotators with stepped adjustment OVRS-3 U3 with load capacity of 3 tonnes (3 000 kg) are designed for installation and rotation of cylindrical products (oil tanks, cisterns, boilers) of various diameters with welding speed at automatic, semi-automatic and manual electric arc welding. Support rotators with step adjustment OVRS consist of driven and non-driven pairs of rollers (optional combinations of 2 non-driven pairs and 1 driven pair, 3 non-driven pairs and one driven pair), drive system, control system. When the supports are mounted on the rails, a special clamping fixture is provided for possible changes in the distance between the supports. With the help of OVRS it is possible to perform automatic welding of external and internal ring seams of products, as well as surfacing of external and internal surfaces, additionally using welding columns or other mechanical devices.
