Description
Steam cooking boilers, unlike electric boilers, do not have steam generators. The cooking process in them is carried out by steam, which enters the steam jacket through a vapour shut-off valve. Steam boilers do not have a filling funnel and a level cock. The principle of operation of boilers is based on heating the contents of the cooking vessel with steam, which is produced by an external plant.
