SMARTLIGHT Software-Hardware Complex for Time Measurement and Navigation

The software and hardware complex "SMARTLIGHT" is designed to measure the current time synchronised with the national time scale UTS(SU), to measure the current navigation parameters and to determine on their basis the coordinates of the complexes. The principle of operation of the complex is based on reception and processing of signals of navigation spacecrafts of GLONASS/GPS space navigation systems, automatic synchronisation of the time scale of the complex with the national time scale UTS(SU), and recording of the current moment of time and coordinates in stored photo and video frames formed by the complex. The complex consists of video module, integrating module-calculator and navigation module located in the traffic light housing.

The video module provides the formation of photo and video frames and transfer them to the integrating module-calculator for further processing. Navigation module provides reception of signals of navigation spacecrafts of GLONASS/GPS space navigation systems. The complex operates under the control of specialised software "SMARTLIGHT Traffic".

The metrological significant part of the complexes is a special module installed in the integrating module-computer of the complex.
