Single-Stage Submersible Centrifugal Electric Pump for Wastewater Management

Electric pump is designed for pumping unidentified wastewater with long fibrous and solid impurities, liquids with air and gas inclusions, as well as untreated and activated sludge, at temperatures up to +40°C (briefly up to +60°C, not more than 3 min) and density up to 1100 kg/m³. The electric pump is IP68 protected, which allows it to operate in fully submerged mode. The pump is manufactured with a free-vortex impeller, which allows the pumping of polluted sewage with large particles. Double mechanical seals independent of the direction of shaft movement with an intermediate chamber filled with environmentally friendly oil. Double motor temperature control protects the electric pump against overheating.
