Single Module Base Device ZP140 for Accurate Installation and Clamping

Single module clamping unit, type 2-1, is used for quick and precise positioning and clamping of the tooling or workpiece. The device is installed in a two-module base unit, type L200. The device consists of one functional clamping module, a base element in the form of a plate, a locking pin, a quick-connect air connection and a key.

The clamping force of the workpiece to be clamped in the functional module is 12000 N. Clamping force of the workpiece with Turbo function 30000 N. Repeatability of the position of the workpiece to be clamped in the base unit with an accuracy of at least 0.005 mm.

Length of the device 340 mm. The width of the device is 142 mm. Overall height of the device 64 mm.
