Refrigeration Machine Stand with Automatic Control and Measurement System for Training Purposes

The installation is designed for conducting competitions in the competence "Refrigeration and air-conditioning". A series of training sessions are conducted on the installation to search for faults in the devices of refrigerant supply to the evaporator and errors in the electrical circuit. The list of works performed on the training stand: - Study of the features of the device and the principle of operation of refrigeration plants; - Construction and analysis of cycles of refrigeration machines and plants; - Testing of the refrigeration plant in different operating modes. Study of the influence of the coolant temperature on the parameters of the vapour-compression refrigeration plant; - Study of the device of refrigeration compressors and determination of the parameters of the piston compressor; - Familiarization with the design, purpose and adjustment of automation devices.
