Quarter-Turn Electric Actuator EPM-(10-40) for Effective Valve Operation

Quarter-turn electric actuator EPM-(10-40) is designed for moving (turning) the working body of various ship shut-off pipeline valves in accordance with the command signals of the control device. Nominal torque (Mnom) on the output shaft is from 10 to 40 N-m (specific value from this range is specified by the customer in the order). Starting torque on the output shaft at rated supply voltage not less than 1.7Mnom.

Maximum torque (Mmax) on the output shaft at actuation of the microswitch of the torque limiting device when the electric motor is in operation - 1,5Mnom±10%. Time of rotation (full stroke) of the output shaft to the working angle - 8...21 s. Voltage of power supply and control signals - 27 V ±10% DC.
