Pressure Boosting Pump Station NTT-Peresvet Model NTS-1 for Enhanced Water Supply

Pumping station of pressure increase (PS), produced at the plant "NTT-Peresvet", mounted in a housing made on the basis of fibreglass pipes, produced by technology "NTT" method of continuous winding. The NS is designed to increase pressure in water supply, firefighting and irrigation systems with insufficient water pressure in the existing water supply network. The casing of the NS in the form of a cylinder with diameter from 1.8 m to 4.0 m is made on the basis of fibreglass pipe of full factory readiness.

The NS is designed for underground placement. The construction of the NS enclosure consists of a hermetically sealed cylindrical tank with a flat bottom, with inlet and outlet connections and a hermetically sealed cover with an inspection hatch. Flat bottom and cover of the NS body are moulded by hand or by spraying with layer-by-layer laying of glass fibre reinforcing materials, with simultaneous impregnation with unsaturated polyester resins and with addition of additional technological components.
