Description

PURPOSE:Designed for washing various kinds of plastic crates and their lids; provides effective washing and disinfection processPREAMBERS AND CONSTRUCTIVE FEATURES Tunnel-type crate washer with closed circulation system of washing solution.The sink is divided into two zones: the main washing zone and the clean water rinsing zone. The sink is made of stainless steel and is transported by a chain conveyor.

The number of boxes - up to 200 pcs/hour. For more thorough cleaning of the boxes it is possible to reduce the speed of the conveyor.Washing of the boxes is carried out by impact of the washing solution on the box.The main washing zone is equipped with a circulation pump, which provides supply of the washing solution from the tank to the nozzles under pressure of -4 atm., with water consumption of 1.5m?/hour.The washing solution in the washing zone is circulated through the tank with heating.
