Description

The machine is designed to mechanise the processes of whipping, mixing various confectionery mixtures (liquid dough for pancakes and fritters, egg-sugar, protein, butter cream), mashed potatoes, kneading yeast dough, as well as for mixing minced meat, fish and cottage cheese. To facilitate the removal and transport of the bowl (tank) with the product after kneading, the machine can be equipped with an undercarriage. It includes: 40-litre stainless steel tank, frame whipper, bar whipper. Additional options: hook-shaped whipper, rolling trolley, 40 litre tank.
