Description
Passive coherent locating complex (PCL) is designed to detect and estimate coordinates of moving air, ground and surface targets in the security zone of critical and potentially dangerous objects. It can be used as an air traffic surveillance system and as a technical means of the ship traffic control system. The principle of operation of the SCP is based on the reception and correlation processing of signals reflected from the target with direct signals emitted from radio-tele-transmission centres. DVB-T2 standard digital terrestrial television signals and signals are used to detect objects (targets) and estimate their coordinates.
