Description

The oven is designed for baking of bread from wheat flour, bakery and confectionery products. The oven is designed for use in bakeries and other food industry enterprises.
The oven consists of a baking chamber, furnace device with a burner, a system of gas ducts for the distribution of heating gases on the cases, return gas duct with a recirculation fan, doors of the baking chamber, drive station, a mesh tray with a return channel, a system of extraction of vapours from the baking chamber; tension station, vapour moistening system, frame, electrical equipment, cladding and thermal insulation.
