Description

Machine contact spot welding MT-4224L UHL4 is used for AC welding of parts made of low-carbon steels. Parts intended for welding should be free of oxide films and contaminants that prevent welding. The MT-4224L machine should be operated in closed premises at an altitude of not more than 1000m above sea level at the temperature of cooling water from plus 5°C to plus 25°C. The machine is manufactured in UHL4 version for operation in areas of temperate climate at ambient air temperature from plus 1°C to plus 35°C with relative humidity not more than 80% at temperature plus 25°C. Kind of welding current - variable; Drive welding force - pneumatic; Nominal compression force 2500 daN; Control system - welding controller on choice; Welded thicknesses: Low-carbon steel - from 1,0+1,0 to 10,0+10,0; Rebar class A400C, A500C - from 8,0+8,0 to 40,0+40,0.
