The MIRage-NPT devices are designed to measure temperatures using resistance thermocouples (RTDs) of different graduations and transmit the measured values via a redundant digital interface Ethernet 10/100 over twisted pair using ModBus protocol. The MIRage-NPT devices have 8 measuring channels (IRs). There are four connection terminals for each IC - two terminals for the measured voltage input, one current output contact, one common contact. During measurement, the input voltages from the ICs are multiplexed into a single signal for the analogue to digital converter (ADC) and the common current source is multiplexed to the current output for that channel.
MIRage-NPT devices are designed to create automated process control systems.
MIRage-NPT devices use the central processor K1986BE92QI, manufactured in the Russian Federation.
