- Medium load rack SGR-V-Zn-DSP consists of frames (prefabricated construction of two galvanised posts connected by horizontal and inclined ties), longitudinal beams with fastening to the posts on hooks and chipboard planking placed on longitudinal beams
The technology of beam attachment to the posts is boltless, on hooks. This approach significantly reduces the time of assembly and installation of the rack. The design allows changing the position of the shelves without dismantling the whole section.
The storage tier includes two longitudinal beams connected by cross beams and chipboard planking.
Additional sections can be attached to the racking frame by means of a hitch.
The permissible minimum number of storage tiers per section is at least three.
To prevent accidental removal of tier beams from the frame, a locking device is provided, installed at the end of assembly in the rectangular hole of each hook.
