Measuring and Rewinding Machine Model B02.18 for Quality Control in Knitted Fabrics

The measuring and rejecting machine for knitted fabrics model B02.18 is designed for rewinding of material from the contact cart into a roll on a cardboard bobbin, quality control and metre measurement of elastic materials, including knitted fabrics. The measuring and rejecting machine B02.18 provides rewinding of material rolls with a diameter of not more than 1500 mm and a bale weight of not more than 500 kg from the contact cart into bales with a diameter of up to 800 mm and a bale weight of up to 100 kg. The machine is equipped as standard with an edge levelling system for winding the bale, a conveyor belt system for delicate material handling, an electronic programmable metre counter, forward and reverse travel, a viewing screen with LED backlighting, and a bale end sensor.
