The main layer-ingredient of any springless mattress - latex monolith, foam monolith, coconut coir, or voluminous non-woven material (Holcon, Holofiber, struttofiber), which are bought ready-made and do not require "cooking". Next, the manufacture of plates and sides (burlets), from which the cover is "assembled". Mattress fabric is quilted on the filler (syntepon, volumetric nonwoven material (cholkon), foam) on an automated multi-needle quilting machine, on the second - the finished stitch is cut into plates and sidewalls of specified sizes on cutters longitudinal-cross cutting.

As a result, we get a multilayer cover. The edges of the cover are processed (overlapped). After the cover is made, it is edged on the edging machine: the mattress cover is edged with special dense edging tape 30-42 mm wide around the perimeter of the top and bottom.

The final stage is mattress packing.
