Knee Joint Correction and Stabilization Device for Enhanced Mobility

The knee joint apparatus is designed for correction, fixation and unloading of the lower limb. The apparatus consists of thigh and tibia sleeves connected by joints that provide movement in the knee joint in the sagittal plane. The knee joints are lockable, lockless, modular, non-modular.

The product is manufactured by vacuum moulding from thermoplastic materials; by impression lamination of carbon and textile materials, by innovative technology of orthoses manufacturing from prepregs of thermosetting composite materials according to individual plaster impression. The sleeve is decorated with thermal paper (as intended). The softening inlay is made of foam, polypropylene, polyethylene copolymer (according to the intended use) and can be sanitised.

Fastening is performed in velcro tapes.
