Industrial Chromatograph "Chromatec - Crystal 7000" for Continuous Composition Analysis

The chromatograph is designed for continuous determination of the composition of process flows of gas and liquid phases with processing of chromatographic signals using software. The principle of operation is based on the application of gas-adsorption, gas-liquid chromatography methods in isothermal mode. The chromatograph consists of two parts - a chromatograph consisting of an analytical unit with detectors, an electronic unit and a power supply unit mounted on a common supporting frame and a sample preparation unit.

The analytical chromatograph unit includes switches and dosing valves for gas dosing, syringe-less injector for liquid dosing. The design of the chromatograph provides switching from one to eight analysed sample streams according to a preset algorithm. The flow selection is performed automatically by means of valves of the sample preparation unit.

The valves are powered by the chromatograph's power supply.
