Description
The electric induction cooker IPE-6 B 3,5 (700) belongs to the trade mark "EKSI". Desktop version, designed for installation with equipment in a 700 line. 6 burners; total power consumption - 18 kW.
Voltage 220/380, V. Boiling time of 1 litre of water is about 3,5 minutes. The cooker is made of AISI 430 stainless steel elements 1,2 mm thick.
Each plate has side strips and a rear spoiler to provide ventilation. The plates are equipped with rubber supports preventing sliding on the surface.
