Hydraulic Press Four-Column DA2230 for High-Pressure Operations

The hydraulic four-column press model DA2230 is designed to perform various operations of pressure processing. When the press is equipped with heating plates and appropriate moulds, it is possible to manufacture products from thermosetting plastics, but it is necessary to additionally equip the electrical equipment and possibly change the software.

The main purpose of the press model DA2230 is to perform works requiring a lower ejector or clamping: sheet forging, drawing of thin sheet metal and others.

The press control system and the hydraulic system of the hydraulic unit allow to perform operations on the press as on universal equipment: pressing-unpressing, piercing, calibration, bending. If the appropriate tooling is installed, the press can be used for straightening.

The press can be used for metal work for operations such as deep drawing, bending, straightening. When working on metal eccentric loads are not allowed.
