Hydraulic Horizontal Inserting Press PA6736 for Pressing and Extracting

Press model PA6736 with 630 t.p.s. is designed for pressing and extrusion works. The press is a horizontal machine consisting of fixed left and right racks connected by two rods and a movable (thrust) crosshead.

The working cylinder of the press is mounted in the left fixed column. Thanks to the movable crosshead, the PA6736 press can be used for extrusion of parts of a wide range of lengths, without complicated changeover procedures and without using special tooling. The support mechanism is designed to align and hold the workpiece in the area of pressing (extrusion). Based on the dimensions of the selected workpiece, it is necessary to adjust the position of the brackets by turning the screw.
