High Vacuum Electric Thermal Installation KB 151 for Precise Applications

Vysokovacuum electrothermal unit of elevator type KB 151 with high-performance turbomolecular pump is designed for a wide range of precision processes of special purity in vacuum or neutral gases (heat treatment, soldering, sintering, etc.) at nominal temperature up to 1500C. Accelerated cooling of the cask by means of inert gases in the working space is provided. The unit has a heating chamber, which includes a cylindrical housing made of stainless steel 12X18N10T, upper and lower lids, vault, side and bottom heaters, screen heat insulation, a mechanism for lifting and turning the loading table, current leads, thermocouples and a table for placing the cage.

The housing and lids are double-walled and cooled by running water. The lids have observation windows for monitoring the process. One regulating and two control thermocouples are provided for temperature measurement and regulation.
