Description

Diffusion high-vacuum pump NVDM-100 is designed for pumping out of hermetic volumes of air, gases, vapours and vapour-gas mixtures, non-aggressive to materials of construction and working fluid of the pump and not containing dripping moisture and mechanical contaminants. Diffusion high-vacuum pump NVDM-100 is used together with forevacuum pumps, the speed of action of the forevacuum pump is not less than 7.2m3/h. Type of climatic execution UHL4 and O4, pumps are not intended for use in fire-explosive production.
