Heavy Rectangular Makiwara for Effective Martial Arts Training

Makiwara art. L23TP is designed for training in various types of martial arts and is a necessary equipment for practising the technique of single, serial and combination of punches in dynamics, as well as for developing the strength of blows with hands and feet. The makiwara has a rectangular shape. On the back surface there are two straps made of 5 cm wide kapron braid and a handle reinforced with natural leather for comfortable grip.
