Description
The heavy disc harrow VELES BDT-5 - working width 5 m, designed for cultivation of heavily overgrown areas, for development of virgin and fallow lands, for cultivation of soil with large amounts of plant and crop residues.
The machine is designed to perform the following works:
- loosening the top layer of soil;
- levelling of the field surface after ploughing;
- weed control;
- Seed and fertiliser incorporation;
- cutting of meadow and pasture sods before ploughing;
- stubble husking;
- basic tillage to a depth of 25 cm;
- no-tillage loosening of soil to a depth of 25 cm.
