Grain Pre-Cleaning Machine BCR-6/20 for Efficient Grain Processing

Purpose: Machine BCR-6/20, capacity 20 tonnes per hour, is designed for preliminary cleaning of wet grain pile of all cereals, legumes and oilseeds. Before drying - separates the pile into "dead" waste and grain. After drying (primary cleaning) - separates into "dead waste", seeds and forage.

Design features: The machine is of cylindrical drum type with screens and aspiration cleaning.

Waste removal auger is built in. Advantages: Works on all crops, no vibration, minimum deformation of grain. Easy to integrate into the line due to its compact dimensions.

Aspiration reduces dust, removes fine impurities, also reduces grain moisture.
