GAKS-I-3 Test Complex for Safety Valve Calibration and Testing

Testing complex type GAKS-I-3 is used for testing in the production and repair of safety valves and is designed to adjust (tare) valves to the actuation pressure and to test them for tightness of the gate. The complex includes a test bench with a control panel and a compressor unit, the compressor of which has the ability to adjust the compressor to the required indicators. The pneumatic control panel supplies and regulates the compressed air pressure to the test bench. Adjustment of safety valves on the stands is carried out with compressed air, tests for tightness of the gate with compressed air and technical water. Clamping the inlet flange of the valve on the bench - manual or mechanised drive. Accuracy of measurement and logging of test results is achieved by using electronic device "SEITRONIC SIR-PG10-1" or automated electronic system "SEITRONIC SIR-PG".
