Functional Corrective Corset for Spinal Deformation Correction and Support

Corset, functional-corrective on the torso of multizone effect for correction of deformation of the patient's spine. The corset is made of thermoplastic plastic by deep vacuum extraction according to an individual mould, using an individual process, with a load-bearing sleeve of complex asymmetrical shape. Plastic sleeve of the corset is made of low-pressure polyethylene with thickness from 3 to 6 mm (depending on the patient's weight and rigidity of deformation) by vacuum moulding according to the plaster positive cast. It is allowed to manufacture the corset from other polymeric materials approved for use (the type of materials used depends on the individual characteristics of the patient). The shape of the sleeve is determined in accordance with the variant of deformation, features of the patient's torso in the places of pressure and unloading cavities.
