Four-Position Trainer Station with Single Block Frame for Comprehensive Muscle Training

Purpose: training the muscles of arms, chest, legs by pulling blocks with the use of different types of handles. The construction of the simulator includes four independent stations: a block for pulling from above, a block for pulling from below, a triceps station and a block frame with four pulling blocks - two upper and two lower. Category S: professional.

Main supporting structure: profile tube 60x60x3 mm, 80x40x3 mm. Colouring is done with powder paint. Stack: 21 plates weighing 5kg each with plastic bushings for silent movement.

The load is changed by a selector on a flexible cord with magnetic closer. 6 mm thick PVC braided cable with a breaking force of 800 kg. The cable fixation allows changing its length and tension.

The thrust rollers are made of polyurethane foam. The supports have rubber feet. The trainer does not require fixing to the floor.
