Floating Level Sensor RIZUR-M-P for Effective Oil Product Monitoring

The pontoon level switch RIZUR-M-P manufactured by NPO RIZUR LLC is designed to control the upper level of petroleum products in tanks with floating pontoon.The RIZUR-M-P level switch consists of an explosion-proof housing, a guide tube and a weight suspended on a cable from the rod. In the housing of the detector there is a cable gland and a terminal block for input and connection of the signal cable. In the guide tube of RIZUR-M-P level switches there is a movable rod with a permanent magnet installed inside.

The rod is suspended from the upper edge of the guide tube by a spring. A weight is attached to the rod from below on a cable. A reed switch is fixed in the body of the signalling device, which changes its state under the influence of the magnetic field (closed or open).

When the liquid level rises, the pontoon on its surface pushes the suspended weight upwards. A rod with a magnet, under the action of a spring, is understood upwards. The magnet, passing by the signalling body, activates the reed switch.
