Emergency Call Button 112 for Immediate Operator Assistance

The button is intended for calling the operator or receiving an incoming call of the service operator in cases of emergency in places where it is installed. It is applicable within the framework of the "Safe City" social programme. The operating principle of the button is to make a call to the specified telephone numbers of GSM mobile network by short and long pressing.

Calls are made and received to the 112 service, as well as to an alternative number specified in the internal programme. The button operates under the control of its own software loaded into the 2G communication module itself. The LED serves as an indicator of the current communication session.

The button is powered by AC 220±10% V with frequency 50±0.2 Hz or DC 9...36 V (battery for backup power supply, providing autonomous operation for up to 16 hours).
