Electric Pizza Oven EPP for Baking Pizzas and Baked Goods

Electric pizza oven is designed for baking pizza and bakery products requiring high temperature cooking, in catering enterprises. The pizza oven consists of a roasting chamber installed in a housing, doors and a control panel. Depending on the model, ovens can have one or more sections. The sections can work in different temperature modes and can be used for cooking different types of pizza. The roasting chamber consists of a stainless steel box, fireclay stone (pod), upper and lower heating elements. To achieve economical power consumption and safety, the grilling chamber is insulated with a layer of thermal insulation.
