Elar PlanScan A2-RA Planetary Scanner for High-Quality Document Digitization

ELAR PlanScan A2-RA is designed for non-contact colour, halftone and black-and-white digitisation of books, magazines and catalogues, newspapers, stapled documents of various kinds, dilapidated and non-standard stapled materials, including those with a dense spine that does not allow opening the document more than 120 degrees. The complex provides the ability to scan documents up to A2+ format, as well as translucent originals, glossy materials. The unique optical system guarantees high quality of electronic images in any condition of the original.

The main feature of the modification "RA" is the presence of two interchangeable modules of clamping fused glass with an automated mechanism of lifting and lowering to level the surface of the original during scanning, which allows for fully controlled by an expert safe digitisation of originals.
