Testoraraskatovaya machine TRM-30 two-roll type is designed for rolling out dough blanks for bakery and confectionery products, simplifying the creation of crusts for pizza, bread, muffins, etc. The machine is controlled by an electromechanical panel. The dough is rolled out manually by passing the dough piece between the inclined rollers.
Metal parts of the machine in contact with the product are made of stainless steel; plastic parts are made of polyamide. Molykote Separation Spray lubricant with H1 NSF food grade H1 is used as a lubricant for rotating and rubbing surfaces of the machine parts. For operation the machine is installed on a flat stable base without the need for additional mounting.
The presence of adjustment knobs on the roller systems allows to change the thickness of rolled dough pieces in the range of 0...4 mm.
