Direct Flow Scrubber SPT-3500 PP for Efficient Gas Dust Removal

Scrubber direct flow plate SPT-3500 PP, designed and manufactured from polypropylene by JSC "RUSREDMET", is designed for cleaning gases from dust. The column plate scrubber is irrigated, installed on the lid of the cube part of a larger diameter with a conical bottom, with a capacity of 3500 m3/hour for the purified gas, with 5 lattice plates. The scrubber is made of polypropylene. The scrubber operates in the direct flow mode of gas and liquid phases. Straight flow mode of scrubber operation (movement of gas and liquid phases in the scrubber from top to bottom) is fundamental in this case. The high velocity of the gas phase in the straight-through scrubber, compared to the countercurrent mode, allows the design of very compact absorbers for the same capacity, compared to the countercurrent mode.
