The butter maker is designed for the production of butter by periodic beating cream with a fat content of 25-40% at dairies and butter plants of small capacity. It consists of a support frame, drum for beating, drive, control cabinet, drain cock, loading hatch, supply pipelines.
Working principle
The working cycle of cream beating takes 1-2 hours depending on the composition of raw materials, the degree of pasteurisation, compliance with the technological process and temperature regime. After the formation of butter grains, the drum is stopped to drain the buttermilk into a flask through a drain cock. Then the oil grains are knocked down again until a solid layer of oil is formed. During processing, the oil layer rises to a certain height and then falls, hitting the walls of the oiler. By repeatedly repeating the impact and stirring, the oil is compacted and the moisture in it is dispersed.
