Description
Convection electric oven of injection type KEP-4 with mechanical panel (hereinafter referred to as the oven) is designed for cooking food in different modes: - dry heating (fan + hot air); - moist heating (fan + hot air + water injection). Cooking is carried out in manual mode by setting the required temperature and time values with knobs. Injection is carried out in manual mode. The chamber and external surfaces are made of high quality stainless steel. The rounded corners of the chamber allow for perfect cooking results and the oven can be easily cleaned after cooking. The oven is designed for 4 baking levels for 600x400 baking trays.
