Description
Convection electric oven of injection type KEP-10 with mechanical panel (hereinafter referred to as the oven) is designed for cooking food in different modes: - dry heating (fan + hot air); - wet heating (fan + hot air + water injection). Cooking is carried out in manual mode by setting the required temperature and time values with knobs. Injection is carried out in manual mode. The chamber and external surfaces are made of high quality stainless steel. The rounded corners of the chamber make it possible to obtain excellent cooking results and to clean the oven after cooking without any problems. The oven is designed for 10 baking levels for 600x400 baking trays.
