Continuous Flour Sifter MPE-1.5 for Bakery Production and Quality Control

Flour sifter MPE-1,5-03 is designed for continuous control sifting of flour. It is installed as part of lines when feeding flour by transport systems on the basis of a flexible screw in bakery or confectionery production. sieving principle: rotating tedder inside a stationary U-shaped sieve.

Sieve mesh size and material (perforated carbon steel sheet) can be changed on request. tedder with brushes with the possibility of adjusting the gap to the sieve can be supplied complete with frame and adapter for other technological equipment at the outlet pipe there is a removable magnetic catcher with magnets made of rare-earth metals, the service life of which is not less than 12 years.

After 12 years, a maximum of 10 per cent of the magnets may deteriorate their magnetic properties without affecting the performance of the product as a whole.
