Contact Welding Regulator RKS-801LM for Advanced Cycle Management

Regulator of contact welding RKS-801LM is designed for control of welding cycle of contact machines of alternating current.
The regulator provides:
-control of thyristor contactor and two electropneumatic compression valves;
- operation of contact welding machines in single and automatic modes (in automatic mode the time delay "pre-compression" is excluded);
-regulation of welding current with digital indication of the selected value;
-one to two pulses of welding current during one welding cycle;
- smooth rise of the leading edge of the first pulse of welding current (modulation) with digital indication of the selected value;
-automatic adjustment of power factor cos? with changing the polarity of switching on/off the first half-wave of the welding current;
-stabilisation of the current value of the welding current at fluctuations of the supply voltage;
-stabilisation of input parameters in the regulator memory;
