Contact Welding Machine MT-2103.03 for Alloy and Stainless Steel Welding

Machine MT-2103.03 (Fig.1, 2) is designed for welding of parts from alloyed (type 30????) and stainless (type 12?18?9?) steels, titanium alloys (0?4), aluminium alloys (type D16T), low-carbon steel, cross joints of reinforcing bars of classes BI, ?I, ?II, ?III.

Parts intended for welding must be free of oxide films and contaminants preventing welding. The machine must be operated in closed rooms at an altitude of not more than 1000m above sea level at a cooling water temperature from plus 5°C to plus 25°C.

The machine is manufactured for power supply from two phases of three-phase supply network with isolated neutral of one of the voltages: 380 V at a frequency of 50 Hz; 380 V at 60 Hz

The machine is manufactured in the following version: - UHL4 - for operation in areas of temperate climate at ambient air temperature from plus 1°C to plus 35°C with relative humidity not more than 80% at temperature plus 25°C. The ambient air must not contain harmful gases destro...
