Cementing Process Control Manifold Unit TGBM-40M for Effective Well Maintenance

Manifold unit with cementing control station is a necessary element for well maintenance and workover. Functions performed by the TGBM unit: Connection of the wellhead with technological machines, connection of technological machines with each other. The manifold unit is based on high quality pipelines designed for pressures up to 70 MPa (up to 40 MPa with the instrumentation unit included in the scheme).

Control of technological parameters of well cementing and workover process. For this purpose the unit is equipped with a microprocessor-based system of well cementing process control SKTS-01. This system, based on electromagnetic and vibration technologies, measures flow rate, pressure, temperature and density of the injected solution and stores the results in the internal memory.

SKTS-01 is connected to an ordinary computer (laptop), which is used to process the measurement results.
