The furnace parts are made of: grey cast iron of ?? 10 GOST 1412-85, round rolled steel St.3 GOST 535-2005 and sheet metal according to GOST 16523-97. The surfaces of the cast iron parts of the furnace are cleaned from the moulding mixture and burned.

The external and internal surfaces of the complete body are painted with bituminous varnish or primer GF-021 GOST 25129-82 or enamel PF-115 GOST 6465-76 or other heat-resistant coating.
