Bolt plate PPB-65 CP 188-02 (392-002) is a part of the set of insulating parts assembly, for insulation of rails of R-65 type TU 32 CP 339-83 project CP 217, for joint with planed overlays with 4 holes. It is used in the upper structure of the railway track of JSC "Russian Railways".
