Bimetallic Thermometer BTp-11 for Measuring Temperature in Liquids and Gases

Bimetallic thermometer BTp (radial connection (P)) complete with protective brass* immersion sleeve. The device is designed to measure the temperature of liquids, steam and gases in heating and sanitary installations, air conditioning and ventilation systems, not aggressive to the material of protective sleeves or thermoballoon (in the absence of a protective sleeve), as well as the temperature of bulk and solid bodies. Thermometers can have a zero corrector located on the end of the thermoballoon or housing.Thermometers can be classified as explosion-protected equipment of group II according to GOST 31441.1-2011 (EN 13463-1:2001), GOST 30852.0-2002 (IEC 6079-0:1998) and are intended for use in places (except underground mine workings and their above-ground structures), dangerous for explosive gas environments in accordance with the assigned explosion protection marking.The operating principle of the device is based on the dependence of the deformation of the sensitive element on the measured temperature.

A bimetallic spring is used as a sensing element.
